How To Claim The Bonus?

Promotion Period

1) This promotion will run from 10:00 on 27 February 2026 and continue indefinitely until it is terminated by FirstBet.

Promotion Mechanics

2) The customer can choose to either receive the Bonus Bet (sports, horse racing and/ or lucky numbers) or the customer can choose to receive the 100 Bonus Spins (bet spins). The customer cannot receive both options.

Option 1: Sports, Horse Racing and/ or Lucky Numbers Bonus Bet

3) This is a 100% first deposit matching bonus up to R10,000, which is allocated in the form of a single bonus bet.

4) To qualify for the Bonus Bet, the customer must wager their first deposit at least 5x at odds of 1.9 or higher across sports, horse racing and/ or lucky numbers. If the customer places a bet with multiple legs, the odds of each leg must be 1.5 or higher. Bets offered under the price boost section of the sportsbook do not count towards the wagering requirement.

5) If the first deposit value has been used up and all bets have been resulted before the 5x wagering is met, the wagering requirement will decrease to 3x. The customer may make additional deposits to meet the wagering requirement, but only the first deposit will qualify for the promotion.

6) Pending (unresulted), cancelled and/ or early cashed out bets will not be counted.

7) The minimum deposit to qualify is R50.

8) Once allocated, the Bonus Bet must be wagered at least 1x at odds of 1.9 or higher. If the customer places a bet with multiple legs, the odds of each leg must be 1.5 or higher.

9) If the customer wins a bet with their Bonus Bet, they will only receive the profit from the winnings. The stake from the Bonus Bet will fall away.

10) The maximum payout using the Bonus Bet is the lower of 5x the value of the bonus bet and R30,000.

11) The Bonus Bet cannot be used on bets in the Price Boost section or cashed out using the early cashout feature.

Option 2: Bet Spins 100 Bonus Spins

12) This is a 100% first deposit matching bonus up to R10,000, which is allocated in the form of Bonus Spins.

13) To qualify for the Bonus Spins, the customer must wager their first deposit at least 20x across any games that fall under FirstBet’s Bet Spins menu.

14) If the first deposit value has been used up and all bets have been resulted before the 20x wagering is met, the wagering requirement will decrease to 10x. The customer may make additional deposits to meet the wagering requirement, but only the first deposit will qualify for the promotion.

15) The Bonus Spins will be allocated as 100 bonus spins, however, if necessary, FirstBet will top-up the 100 bonus spins with additional spins at the relevant value to ensure the customer receives bonus spins with a minimum value equal to their first deposit. If the value of the first deposit is not a round number, this will be rounded up to the nearest R1 for the purposes of allocating the Bonus Spins.

16) The minimum deposit to qualify is R50.

17) Once allocated, the Bonus Spins must be wagered at least 1x.

18) The maximum payout from any single bonus spin is R3,000. Should the customer receive a payout greater than this amount on a bonus spin, FirstBet will deduct the difference from the customer's cash wallet.

General Terms and Conditions

19) If the customer requests a withdrawal before meeting the wagering requirement for the Bonus ad beng allocated the bonus, the customer will forfeit the Bonus.

20) The customer has 30 days from the date of their first deposit to meet the wagering requirement.

21) Once allocated, the Bonus must be used within 3 days.

22) This promotion is limited to new customers only.

23) To claim, the Bonus, the customer must contact FirstBet Support.

24) If successful, FirstBet will allocate the bonus within 48 hours.

25) FirstBet reserves the right to amend, cancel, reclaim, or refuse any bonus.
