1.1 During specific events Firstbet may offer for betting a reduced selection of

participants and may also include betting options such as "any other", "the field", or

similar. This option includes all unlisted participants except for the ones made

specifically as available. 

1.2 Information referring to gender of the teams, age groups and youth teams, as well

as various definitions of reserve teams (e.g. B and C teams), is to be treated as

supplementary information. The inclusion or omission and correctness of such

information will not be treated as sufficient cause for voiding any bets struck in

relation to such match/event. 

1.3 In the case of football for any bets on the time of an event (such as first goal, first

throw) occurring in the match, settlement shall be determined by the official timing

of the match where available, alternatively bets will be settled on market consensus. 

1.4 A bet on the total number of points that a team/player will attain during the season

shall not be affected by any points deducted after the completion of the season and

only includes points accumulated in the regular season unless otherwise specified. 

1.5 In case of an abandoned event, all bet offers that have been decided prior to the

abandonment and could not possibly be changed regardless of future events, will be

settled according to the decided outcome. All remaining bet offers will only be

settled if an official result is announced within 24 hours and will otherwise be

considered void. 

1.6 No refunds will be given in respect of bets, even if the outcome of a match/event

involves a participant/outcome that has not been listed/offered for betting

purposes. On all bet offers the Customer may request a price on a non-listed

participant/outcome. Firstbet reserves the right, at its own discretion, to accept or

to decline such requests. 

1.7 Where a participant is disqualified/withheld/banned from taking part in a

subsequent part/phase of an event/competition, the disqualification will be

considered to have taken place at the time of the participant’s removal from the

event. No alterations will be made to previous results, regardless of any

modifications as a result of said actions. 

1.8 If a match commences earlier than the scheduled start time, all bets struck prior to

the actual kick-off time shall stand and all bets struck after the actual start time,

other than live bets laid by Firstbet, shall be void. 

1.9 Where an event to be run on a certain date is postponed to any future date more

than 24 hours after the initial scheduling, the event shall be deemed to have been

abandoned for betting purposes. This Rule does not apply to Tennis.
