11.1 Sport Related Rules 

11.1.1 Should a match be abandoned all bets of which the outcome has not yet

been finally determined will be refunded. If a match starts and a player

withdraws or is disqualified all bets shall be refunded unless the outcome

thereof has already been finally determined. 

11.1.2 Unless explicitly stated, all bets on Davis Cup matches will be voided if it is

decided that any such match is played in any other format than “Best of 5

Sets”, (e.g. Best of 3 Sets). 

11.1.3 Offers relative to the Davis Cup are offered on the express assumption that

the particular match-up will form part of the so-called “rubbers” for the next

available Singles session, which usually consists of two Singles matches per

session. 

11.1.4 If a match is postponed and rescheduled, all bets stand. However, if the

match has been abandoned or cancelled, then all bets other than those

whose outcome has already been finally determined at the time of the

abandonment or cancellation of the match will be void. 

11.2 Market Rules 

11.2.1 Match – Which player will win the match? 

11.2.1.1 All bets will be refunded if the match is not completed. This includes a

walkover, disqualification or retirement, either before or after the

start of the match. 

11.2.2 Set Betting – What will the correct set score be at the end of the match?

11.2.2.1 Selections will be offered for all permutations of the total sets that

are scheduled to be played whether the tournament in question is a 5

set tournament or 3 set tournament. If the number of scheduled sets

changes or is different to that offered by Firstbet, all bets on

selections that are not possible outcomes shall be void, e.g. if betting

was offered on a correct set score of 2 – 0 and the match was

scheduled for 5 set and not 3 sets. 

11.2.3 First Set Winner – Which player will win the first set? 

11.2.3.1 All bets will be void should the first set not be completed. 

11.2.4 Second Set Winner – Which player will win the second set? 

11.2.4.1 All bets will be void should the second set not be completed. 

11.2.5 Total Games – Will the total number of games played in the match be over

or under the line quoted? 

11.2.5.1 Each game that is won by a player is added to the total games

including any form of tie breaker which counts as one game. Should

the match be incomplete, all bets not yet finally determined will be

void. For instance, should a bet be placed on under 22.5 games and a

player withdraws after 24 games have been played this bet will be a

losing bet. If a bet is placed on over 26.5 games and a player

withdraw after 24 games, bets on the over 26.5 games will be

refunded, as the outcome of this market will not have been finally

determined. 

11.2.6 Total Sets (Best of 3 / 5 sets) – How many sets will be played in the match? 

11.2.6.1 Selections will be offered depending on the number of sets the match

is scheduled to play. Should the match be incomplete or the number

of sets scheduled change, all bets of which the outcome has not

already been finally determined will be void. 

11.2.7 Who Wins Game X of Set Y? – Which player will win the specified game? 

11.2.7.1 The game must be completed for bets to stand. Please make sure you

understand which game you are betting on according to the current

score in the match. Each game played is counted as one game

including any tie breakers and game betting is listed for each set. For

example who wins game 1 of set 1? And who wins game 1 of set 2? If

any game includes the awarding of a penalty point(s) by the umpire,

all bets on that game will stand. If the umpire awards a penalty game

bets will be refunded. 

11.2.8 Tournament Winner – Which player will win the specified tournament? 

11.2.8.1 Tournament winners will be determined by the official Rules of the

relevant governing body. 

11.2.8.2 If the selected player withdraws before the given tournament begins,

bets placed on this market will stand (Antepost betting). 

11.2.8.3 If the selected player withdraws or is disqualified during the relevant

tournament without playing any part in a competitive match, bets

placed on this market will be void. 

11.2.8.4 If the selected player is disqualified or retires during the relevant

tournament after having played a part in a competitive match, bets

placed on this market will stand.
